About Us
The Park & Recreation
Vision Group is the core set of volunteers of a larger body of community
members that support the creation of a Park and Recreation District in Coal Creek
Canyon. The Group has evolved over the past five
years, having at times up to 13 board members.
The current board has six members, listed below. We appreciate all the folks who preceded us
in forming the legal Vision Group structure, serving in leadership positions,
researching the interests of the community, developing the current proposal and
presenting it to the canyon. And we thank all
volunteers to this project. Canyonites
contributed in many ways, including community outreach, service plan creation
and fundraising.
